Contributing to A Better World
At the Bharat Ekam Sustainable Development Foundation, we believe that every individual has the power to make a positive impact and contribute to a better world. Our journey began in July 2023 as a Section 8 company under the Companies Act, 2013. The foundation was founded with the vision of filling the gap in communication and execution and connecting the dots in any policy to move towards the optimal use of resources for sustainable development.

SAURABH GAUTAM
Saurabh Gautam is the Founding Director of Bharat Ekam. He has a professional life of approx 30 Yrs in the Corporate/Industry (10 Yrs), Self Business (10 Yrs) and Social Entrepreneurship (10 Yrs) managing Marketing (Institutional & Government segment), International Marketing & Sales, Business Development, Project Management, Branding, Strategic Planning, Innovation and Personnel Development etc.
He authored the book "Village Inc CEO".
He has a vast experience of managing affairs at versatile sectors viz Steel, Disaster Management, Sustainable Agriculture, Agrotechnology, Innovative Education, Rural Development, Skill Development, Livelihood Generation especially for rural youths and women, Sustainable Development, Environment & Climate Change Adaptation, Green Energy, Solid Waste Management, Urban Farming, Water Conservation & Harvesting, Profitable & Climate Smart Farming techniques for small & marginal farmers, Soil Health Management, Food Processing.
SANJAY GANDHI
Sanjay Gandhi is also a founding Director of Bharat Ekam. He is an engineer by qualification with persistent career of 20 years in vocational training space A educationist, Skills Development expert, A leading incubator, A serial entrepreneur, earlier lead Jetking as the only COE In India. Executive member Harvard Square, BVDU Interdisciplinary Board, Successful workshops like creative Training Technique by BOB PIKE IN USA, DISC by CMC.
Recipient of various state and National Awards “Sangank Sarathi”, Education Excellence Award, recently felicitated by Governor of Maharashtra with “Skill India Icon” at Rajbhavan.
Authored a Motivational Book “UTKARSHAGATHA”.
Sanjay is a True Technical Connoisseur Leader with Creativity and Quality in his top of Mind. He is known as Visionary Architect of the Company who is overall responsible for Management, Creation of Strategic Alliances, Business Development and Strategic Planning, Setting up a New Business, Providing overall management support, Setting up Control and Review Mechanism. Responsible for strategic direction to the Company’s Plan for future growth. A great Techno-savvy in implementing Technology Enabled Pedagogies like Flipped Classroom, Social & Collaborative Learning, E-Learning and Hybrid Models.
DR HARSHA BHARGAVI
Dr. Harsha Bhargavi Pandiri is the Advisor & Mentor of Bharat Ekam Sustainable Development Foundation. She is a serving Govt Official with a Doctorate from Osmania University, Hyderabad.
She has interest and expertise in diverse knowledge domains including art, culture, media, corporate communication, PR, disaster management, agriculture, start-up ecosystem, and entrepreneurs incubation. she has held crucial roles in the Telangana State Police and Agriculture Department.
Dr. Pandiri is also an accomplished author, researcher and weekly columnist, contributing to various universities, innovation centers, and startup marketing. Her dedication to fostering creativity and entrepreneurship aligns perfectly with government's goals of progress and development. With her diverse skill set and unwavering commitment to excellence, Dr. Pandiri continues to inspire positive change and uplift the reputation of the organization.
Presently she is on special mission of developing rural entrepreneurship (especially for tribal population of the country), innovative pedagogies, Artonomics (Creative Economy) based entrepreneurship development and development of border & coastal villages.
She is also keenly working for the capacity building to encourage, preserve and maintain the cultural heritage of Bharat through various innovative interventions.
She is also on mission mode for developing innovative leadership in the country duly inspired from the attributes of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.
